Master Zhou Jingxuan is one of my favorite Kung Fu master on youTube. Check his other videos. This one is just great! As master Zhou Jingxuan has a slim figure, he has little bodymass to add in his Baji and that makes it interesting to see how he generates his strength.

Notice the hand from master Wu LianZhi, grandson of master Wu HuiQing, who is doing calligraphy. His hands are slightly swollen. Many Chinese masters I have had the honor to meet have such hands, it is a very powerful fist. Like a sledgehammer.
